Rasputin

Rasputin – Boney M

There lived a certain man
In Russia long ago,
He was big and strongh
And his eyes a flaming glow
Most people looked at him
With terror and with fear,
But to Moskow chicks
He was such a lovely dear.
He could preach the bible like a preache’s
Full of ectary and fire,
But he also was a kind of teacher
Women would desire.

Ran, Ran, Rasputin,
Lover of the russian queen,
There was a cat that really was gone,
Ran, Ran, Rasputin,
Russia’s greatest love machine,
It was a shame how he carried on.
He was a Russian man
And newer mind the tzar,
But the “Kazachok”
He danced really wunderlat.
In all affairs of state
He was the man to please,
He was real great
When he had a girl to sqeeze.
For the queen he was no wheeler dealer
Though she’d heart the things he’d done,
She belived he was a hoty pealer
Who would .. her son.

Ran, Ran, Rasputin,
Lover of the russian queen,
There was a cat that really was gone,
Ran, Ran, Rasputin,
Russia’s greatest love machine,
It was a shame how he carried on.
But when his drinking and lasting and hunder to power
Became known to more and more people,
The demands to do snith about this outrangeous man
Became louder and louder…
“This man’s just got to do?” –
Declared his enemies
But the ladies legged:
“Don’t you try to do it please”
Thogh he was a frute
They just feel in to his arms
Then one night some man
Of higher standing set a trap
“They’re not to flame come to visit us”-
They rept demanding
And he volly came.

Ran, Ran, Rasputin,
Lover of the Russian queen,
They put some poison into his wine
Ran, Ran, Rasputin,
Lover of the Russian queen,
They didn’t quiet, they wanted his head
Ran, Ran, Rasputin,
Russia’s greatest love machine
And so they shot him till he was dead….
Oh, those Russians!
